1. Quality Policy

Chill Tech Services Pty Ltd is a commercial air conditioning and refrigeration company providing our customers with a range of services including preventative maintenance, installation, proactive service and engineering.  Our mission is to provide outstanding service to our clients and to exceed their expectations by delivering timely solutions for their equipment requirements. We also strive to ensure the longevity and value of our clients’ air conditioning and refrigeration systems through preventative maintenance to reduce unnecessary plant expenditure and downtime.

2. Quality Objectives

Chill Tech Services Pty Ltd has three recognized Quality Objectives:

  • To maintain a well communicated relationship with our clients.
  • To ensure all contractual requirements are achieved on time and within budget parameters.
  • To provide significant long term cost savings for our clients via a thorough and tailored preventative maintenance equipment schedule for all air conditioning and refrigeration systems.

3. Scope of Management System

The Chill Tech Services Pty Ltd Management System maps all procedures that occur within the organization including purchasing, invoicing, customer quotations and warehousing processes. The system has been designed under the ISO 9001:2000 international standard and has been implemented under the direction of ISO 9004:2000. The major focus of the system is the process of continual improvement which is constantly monitored to meet and exceed our customer’s expectations.

The system, as required, contains the following elements;

  • The Chill Tech Services Pty Ltd Quality manual.
  • Quality Policy and Objectives.
  • Mapped operational processes.
  • Document controls.
  • Regular Management Review and internal system audits.
