Fire Services

Chill Tech Services offers a range of essential fire testing services. These include annual fire safety statements, emergency and exit lighting testing, fire damper inspection and repairs, stair pressurization fans, CO2 systems and adherence to AS1851-2005 (Maintenance of Fire Protection Systems and Equipment). This standard incorporates testing frequency, testing and maintenance and recording procedures and statement of compliance. The standard is not law but is viewed as the definitive guide for Building Owners.

For more extensive fire services, Chill Tech Services, work and coordinate with the clients’ encumbent fire contractors for the mechanical services portion of fire safety statements for councils.
